Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at kolourdesignsltd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic or video evidence. Upon reviewing your case, we will issue a refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on the circumstances and your preference.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If your tracking information has not updated for over 30 days, or your shipment appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us at kolourdesignsltd@gmail.com. After investigation, we will issue a refund or resend the item at no additional charge, based on your preference.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of order placement. Kolour Designs Ltd is not responsible for items that become unclaimed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Under these circumstances, refunds or reshipments will not be provided.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
